With DELFI® through the first year of life

In the first weeks and months of life, a fascinating world full of discoveries opens up for babies. DELFI® courses give parents the opportunity to take part in this adventure together with their little ones. The cozy atmosphere and gentle instruction by me as a certified DELFI® course instructor create an ideal environment for up to eight mothers and/or fathers.

I adapt the stimuli to the individual developmental stage of the babies, from gentle stroking massages and finger and touch games to holding and carrying techniques. Movement and sensory development are encouraged in a playful way, supported by interesting materials to "grasp" and experiment with.

The focus is not only on playful development, but also on having fun and enjoying the shared experience. DELFI® not only offers space for the development of babies, but also strengthens parents' confidence in their own abilities when dealing with their offspring.

During the courses, discussions take place on various topics such as development, nutrition and practical tips. The exchange between the parents creates a supportive community that deals with current topics such as the new role as parents, experiences around the birth as well as sleeping habits and crying spells.

DELFI® courses welcome all parents, regardless of any limitations their babies may have. The courses therefore not only provide a stimulating environment for the little ones, but also a valuable opportunity for parents to network and experience the exciting journey through the first year of life together.
